Billys first art lesson

My litte guy wrote three things down on his christmas list.
1: a tent
2: bananas
3: painting lessons
They normally do not let kindergartners in class but, he passed the test.
Today he got his very first lesson and his teacher said hes extremely advanced.
He has never been big into sports and I always knew something like this would be up his alley.
Class is two hours, so kitkat and I walked around, got a bite to eat and picked up a few books.
I was a proud mama when he understood shading during class, so happy to call him mine.

I came across your blog randomly and loved your pics and prose so much so that I subscribed to it. I just want to say that you have the most beautiful family. It's like you all just walked off the pages of a catalog. Also, you my dear are a truly gifted writer, you not only invite your reader into your most private thoughts, once there the emotions the reader experiences are so real or maybe surreal? Just wanted to thank you for sharing your gifts...Aloha from Hawaii!
